본 설계안은 익산 배산공원의 공원화 사업으로 추진된 프로젝트로서 주거 단지가 대단위 공원과 인접함으로써 자연스럽게 친환경 주거 단지가 형성된다. 단지 내 조경은 배산공원과 연계 계획하여 초대형 녹음을 가진 숲세권 주거 단지로 계획되었다. 주동 형태의 특화와 공원과 조화된 스카이라인 또한 포인트 경관 및 야간경관 계획을 통해 익산을 대표할 단지 경관을 형성하고자 했다. 또한 생활가로변 시설 및 공간을 이용한 커뮤니티 활성화와 블록별로 차별화된 커뮤니티 프로그램 및 세대 간 교류를 위한 건축계획을 했다. 확 트인 단지 내 공간을 확보하여 가로변 광장과 단지 내 중앙광장을 연계하고, 생활가로를 중심으로 한 외부공간 체계를 확립하였으며, 단지 내 주요 동선을 이용해 전체 단지를 연결하고 배산공원 및 도시계획시설과 연계하여 안전함과 편안함을 주는 숲 속 주거 단지를 계획하였다.
This design is a project promoted by the park-building project of Iksan Basan Park, where a residential complex is naturally formed as it is adjacent to a large-scale park. The landscape in the complex was planned to be a residential complex in the forest area with super-large recordings in connection with Baesan Park. The specialization of the main building type and the skyline harmonized with the park were also intended to form a landscape of the complex representing Iksan through point and night view plans. In addition, the government implemented a construction plan for revitalizing communities using facilities and spaces along living streets, differentiated community programs by block, and intergenerational exchanges. It established an external space system centered on living streets by connecting the street plaza with the central plaza in the complex, and planned a forest residential complex that provides safety and comfort by connecting with Baesan Park and urban planning facilities.
