본 설계안은 한남동 특별 설계 4구역에 계획된 지역 주택조합 프로젝트이다. 해당 대지는 서울의 지리적 중심성과 한남대교 북단의 입구성, 한남동의 지역 색인 이국적인 색채, 예술 및 문화의 장, 전통적 부촌으로서의 입지에 부합할 수 있도록 서울에 살기 좋은, FIT이 좋은 주거단지를 구현하였다. 한강과 근접하여 한강 조망을 극대화하고 주변 주거시설 및 한남대로로부터의 프라이버시를 고려한 배치계획을, 단지 내 공공 보행통로 변으로는 공공시설과 부대시설을 계획하였다. 이는 사회적 공공성과 입체적 분리와 연계를 통한 보안계획으로 고급 주거단지를 실현하였다. 한강변 주거단지로써 매스의 변화, 이국적 입면계획과 색채계획, 스카이라인, 한강의 이미지 등을 고려하여 단지 내·외의 아름다운 경관을 창출하였다.
This design is a local housing cooperative project planned for Hannam-dong Special Design District 4. The land in question has implemented a residential complex with a good FIT to live in Seoul to match Seoul’s geographical centrality, the northernmost entrance of Hannam Bridge, the exotic colors of Hannam-dong, the venue for art and culture, and its position as a traditional rich village. Public facilities and supplementary facilities were planned along the public pedestrian passage in the complex by maximizing the view of the Han River and considering the surrounding residential facilities and privacy from Hannam-daero. It realized high-end residential complexes through security planning through three-dimensional separation and linkage with social publicity. As a residential complex along the Han River, it created beautiful landscapes inside and outside the complex by considering changes in mass, exotic elevation plans, color plans, skylines, and images of the Han River.
