본 설계안은 부산의 수영강에 인접하고 준공업지역과 제3종 일반주거지역 두 개의 지역지구가 혼재하는 대지에 건설하는 주상복합으로 고급화, 수영강 조망, 주변 주거시설과의 간섭 최소화등을 고려하여 계획하였다. 모든 세대가 수영강을 조망할 수 있도록 주동 및 배치계획을 했으며 최상층 SKY BRIDGE에 INFINITY POOL을 중심으로 부대시설을 계획하여 단지를 고급화하였다. 공공재산인 수영강으로의 개방감을 확보하기 위해 2개의 통경축을 확보하여 도시적인 조화를 꾀하였다. 윈드서핑을 디자인 모티브로 지역성과 수려한 경관성을 확보함으로써 지역의 랜드마크가 되는 고급 주거단지를 계획하였다.
This design plan is a residential and commercial complex built on land adjacent to the Suyeong River in Busan and mixed with two semi-industrial and third-class general residential areas, considering the luxury, view of the Suyeong River, and minimal interference with surrounding residential facilities. The main building and layout plan was made so that all generations could see the Suyeong River, and the complex was advanced by planning auxiliary facilities around INFINITY POOL at the top-floor SKY BRIDGE. In order to secure a sense of openness to the Suyeong River, which is a public property, two cultivars were secured to promote urban harmony. Windsurfing was designed to provide a high-end residential complex that became a landmark of the area by securing locality and beautiful scenery.
