본 설계안은 건축주와 디자이너의 상상력이 시너지를 낸 결과물로 저층 주거건축의 새로운 기준을 제시한 프로젝트이다. 공동주택의 편리함과 단독주택의 감성의 조화를 이룬 4층 연립주택은 단독주택의 공간구조를 적층하고 경사지를 이용한 테라스 하우스를 계획하여 세대 마당과 4.5m의 높은 천정고는 삶의 공간을 더욱 풍부하고 감성적인 느낌을 제공함으로써 주거공간을 고급화하였다. 또한 주거공간이 입면으로 베어 나온 디자인은 저층 고급 주거의 개성과 아름다움을 표현하였다.
This design is a project that presented new standards for low-rise residential architecture as a result of synergy between the imagination of architects and designers. The four-story row house, which harmonizes the convenience of apartments and the sensibility of detached houses, combines the space structure of detached houses and plans a terrace house using slopes to enhance the residential space by providing a richer and more emotional feeling. In addition, the design of the residential space expressed the individuality and beauty of low-rise luxury housing.
