현대인들의 도심 속 생활에서의 활력을 불어넣기 위한 계획으로써 사계절 변화가 있는 도심 속 “정원 마을”을 주안점으로 삼았다. 정원 마을이 사계절 정원으로써 지역 커뮤니티의 활성화 중심이 되며, 정원 자체가 입주민들의 사생활 간섭 또는 외부의 간섭을 차단하는 역할도 동시에 하고 있다. 더 나아가 다양한 고객의 수용을 대응할 수 있는 실용적 평면을 계획했다.
As a plan to revitalize modern people’s life in the city center, the main focus was on the Garden Village in the city, which has four seasons of change.
