자연, 공간, 사람이라는 개념으로 체계적인 트렌드 분석 및 경제요건을 고려한 디자인을 제시하였다. 울산의 회야강과 조화를 이루는 도시개발사업으로 미래형 친환경 주거 단지를 조성하기 위해 1단지, 2단지의 중앙을 비워내었다. 이는 연계 계획을 통해 길이 700m, 폭 80m에 달하는 초대형 녹색광장 조성하여 회야강과 수평적 경관을 이루어 주거 단지로써 독보적인 친자연적인 환경을 연출하였다. 모든 세대를 남향 배치하고 자연조망, 특히 회야강 조망이 극대화하도록 계획하였다. 이런 계획은 일조율 92.1%를 확보하여 영구 음영 세대가 전혀 없는 쾌적한 단위세대와 더불어 최상의 주거환경을 계획하였다.
The concept of nature, space, and people is presented with a systematic trend analysis and a design considering economic requirements. As an urban development project in harmony with Ulsan’s Hoeya River, the center of complex 1 and 2 was emptied to create an eco-friendly residential complex in the future. Through the linkage plan, it created a super-large green plaza with a length of 700m and a width of 80m, creating a horizontal view of the Hoeya River, creating a unique and eco-natural environment as a residential complex. All generations were planned to be oriented southward and maximize the natural view, especially the view of the Hoeya River. Such a plan secured 92.1% of sunlight and planned the best residential environment along with a pleasant unit generation with no permanent shade generation.
