용인 역삼지구 도시개발사업의 공동주택 단지는 녹음이 풍부한 마을 숲 조성 및 사계절을 고려한 식재 계획으로 보는 즐거움과 함께 삶의 여유를 부여하였다. 풍부하고 다채로운 주거환경을 위해 수 공간을 도입했을 뿐 아니라, 테마 산책로, 회화 마당, 로맨틱 가든, 잎새길, 휴식정원 등을 선보여 건강한 라이프스타일을 위한 환경친화 단지를 조성하였다. 또한 입주민의 다양한 요구와 인기 부대시설을 클러스터형으로 계획하여 주민참여를 유도하는 활동 공간 도입을 통해 공동체 의식이 형성되도록 하였다. 특히 용인시청 인근 배후 단지로써 행정 도시의 새로운 랜드마크로써 시각적, 심리적 안정감을 줄 수 있는 시설 및 재료를 사용하여 수련한 경관을 형성하였다.
The multi-family housing complex of the Yeoksam district urban development project in Yongin was given the pleasure of viewing it as a planting plan considering the four seasons and the creation of a green village forest. In addition, various needs of residents and popular auxiliary facilities were planned in a cluster-type manner to create a sense of community through the introduction of an activity space that encourages residents to participate. In particular, as a new landmark of the administrative city, it used facilities and materials that could provide visual and psychological stability to form a landscape that was trained in the background near Yongin City Hall.
